Webco believes in healthy, vigorous yet fair competition; however Webco will abstain from all forms of bribery and corruption. Our employees will also abide by our policies and procedures regarding fair competition and will conduct their operation is accordance with these principles.

Business Integrity
Webco does not partake in giving or receiving any form of bribery, pricing advantage of financial gain either directly or indirectly. No employee may offer or receive any payment which can be construed as being a bribe, should the above occur it must be rejected immediately and reported to management.
Webco financial and accounting procedures, records, supporting documents will always continue to reflect and accurate transactions and no undisclosed or unrecorded accounts, funds or transactions will be permitted.

Monitoring – Reporting – Compliance

The management at Webco are fully responsible for ensuring that these principles are communicated to, and fully understood and observed by all employees.
Daily tasks are delegated to Departmental Managers and supervisors, Clerks, Line assemblers, QC, Operators, Dispatch staff, Reception, Financial sales Staff, Drivers.
Assurance of compliance is monitored through our ISO 9002 accreditation and any breaches must be recorded and rectifies in a formal manner.
Webco management expects and holds all staff accountable to bring to the managements attention to any breach from the above principles.
Provision has been made for employees to be able to report in the strictest of confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so.

Shareholders
Webco will conduct its operations in accordance with international standards of good corporate principles and governance. Webco will continue to provide reliable, timely, accurate, non manipulated information on our activities, structure, financial situation and performance to the company’s stakeholders.
