No employee may offer or receive any payment which can be construed as being a bribe, should the above occur it must be rejected immediately and reported to management.
Webco financial and accounting procedures, records, supporting documents will always continue to reflect and accurate transactions and no undisclosed or unrecorded accounts, funds or transactions will be permitted.

Daily tasks are delegated to Departmental Managers and supervisors, Clerks, Line assemblers, QC, Operators, Dispatch staff, Reception, Financial sales Staff, Drivers.
Assurance of compliance is monitored through our ISO 9002 accreditation and any breaches must be recorded and rectifies in a formal manner.
Webco management expects and holds all staff accountable to bring to the managements attention to any breach from the above principles.
Provision has been made for employees to be able to report in the strictest of confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so.

Webco will conduct its operations in accordance with international standards of good corporate principles and governance.
